Make a detailed list of existing kitchen equipment. Have a tape solution and note the size of each piece of equipment. Check your files and list energy‐‐both electrical and/or gas and ventilation‐‐requirements. Look for a label on the gear with pertinent information. Have a picture of the gear and the label, or track record the model maker and amount.
Place the refrigerator within reach of the kitchen counter so you can copy foods in and out easily. Make sure that the surrounding cabinetry doesn’t limit the refrigerator door's range.
